Many Recovery Residence operators are overwhelmed with the day to day operation of managing their tenants . Their daily needs can be demanding and the results for compliance can become delayed. Hiring someone in your office to conduct this service can cause a few hundred dollars a week. We can do the following for your residence for a manageable fee:
1. **Food Stamp application (as requested).
2. Prepare tenant rent invoice and submit to family and third party providers. Payments will be made directly to the Recovery Residence business account or mailed directly. All accounts will be set up with the operators information. Family and providers will receive a receipt when payment has been made.
3. Manage Admission and Discharge Log
*For multiple residences under the same ownership, there will be a $25.00 additional fee per location. Ex: $75.00 1st location, 2nd location $25.00, 3rd location $25.00
** Food stamp will be limited to 10 persons per month.
